Women Development Cell
Women Development Cell is dynamic unit to empower the female students in the college. The main aim is to prevent sexual harassment at work place and to promote general wellbeing of female students,teaching and non-teaching women staff in the campus.The cell is also responsible to undertake the awareness programs on gender sensitization, women rights and women empowerment. Women’s day is celebrated every year under the club.
Objectives
- To organize awareness programs on gender sensitization.
- To provide training for women empowerment.
- Explore the talents of students and utilize them for the betterment of society.
- To conduct workshops and seminars to impart knowledge to students
- Spreading awareness among the students about the social ,legal and constitutional rights of women in order to prevent the exploitation based on gender.
