History

Elims College of Arts and Science, Ponganamkad, established in 2014, is wholly owned and managed by Elims Charitable and Educational Trust, Ernakulam. It offers Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes in Commerce and computer science . The college and its academic programmes are affiliated to the University of Calicut. Two main academic blocks, a seminar hall, a library, a canteen, a richly stacked library, computer and language labs and high speed internet are among the numerous modern facilities available at the college.
Teachers are an excellent lot, ready to work day in and day out.The college also maintains good relationships with the Member of Parliament, MLA, the Municipal Chairman and the ward councilors. The alumni of the college are everywhere in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, America and Australia. Many of them are pursuing higher learning in centres of excellence at the national level.
